I am a Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner with 18 years experience of practising psychotherapy. I run a private CBT clinic in Marylebone W1, close to Harley Street in London’s West End. I also currently work part time at Nightingale Hospital in Marylebone and have experience in providing CBT within large corporations; clients include O2 and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

I initially trained as an Integrative Psychotherapist in 1996 and went on to specialise in CBT, gaining an MSc in RECBT at Goldsmith’s University, London in 2006. I have also trained at the Albert Ellis Institute, New York under the direction of Albert Ellis, founder of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, where I gained an Associate Fellowship to the Institute and a certificate in supervision (www.rebt.org).

My experience extends across a wide range of individual and group treatments for mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, sexual problems and relationship difficulties. I have a keen interest in treating complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and OCD spectrum disorders such as Trichotillomania (hair pulling disorder) Dermatillomania (skin picking disorder) and health anxiety.

I am an accredited member of BABCP (www.babcp.com)
